    I'm just so confused 🤔 and have been for several chapters. In the beginning they said that the madness was known throughout the empire and also known that it affects every descendant. So WHY is her job a secret?! The red headed knight even said chapters ago that he thought the madness was a lie meaning he knew of it before hand. And now apparently everyone knows that she's a "witch" which they originally said was to be a secret hence her job as a maid, so it doesn't make sense how all the employees knows she's a witch if that was a secret. I get when authors forget to keep neat track of all their info but this is like selective leakage. There should be no question about what her real job is because according to the first chapters everyone should know their young Lord is going mad and needs a witch's body to not go mad.
