    Yeah, there's no such thing as that "privacy" bullsh***t when it comes to certifying someone's death. Government officials have to actually 'witness' the body. And when there's no forensic or government official available around to do it, then usually they even pull in random civilians tp serve as witnesses to the dead body until the government official arrives.
