Damn lana had a hard life and can still smile through it...she is a strong person, it shows that everyone has problems in their lifes. You cant blame yourself or anyone but juat gotta grit your teeth and deal with it. Blaming and cursing wont help but make things worse.

Too little, WAY too late.He basically just confessed that he knew all along that the little girl he adopted was suffocating alone all those years, and he the adult, the one who was supposedly trying to save her from the slums and give her a better life never did anything to try to help her to breathe. I'm glad he's acknowledging his mistake, I'm glad he's grown at least that much, I believe people can change, I believe they can grow, he'll be a better person from now on. But he's too late for og Penelope, and current Penelope is long past needing his apology. He fucked up and he can't fix it. Hopefully he'll protect her from what's about to happen, but it doesn't change the fact that she's better off getting away from that family, and I hope he lets her fly rather than try to hold her back.
