Summary
From Viz: When goofy inventor Senbei Norimaki creates a precocious robot named Arale, his masterpiece turns out to be more than he bargained for! This series helped launch Toriyama's career and was awarded the Shogakukan Manga Award for shounen and shoujo manga in 1982.
On a serious note, bro has been spoiled by high budget cookie cutter stories in the "solo leveling" type of art style. (Mix between realism and anime, highly rendered etc...)
